I have to start this post with this disclaimer – I hate it when people blog about fabulous events that they got to go to and that I missed. It makes me insane. It truly does. I hate seeing all of their beautiful creations that I missed out on and all of the bonding and fun that they had with their crafty friends. I have to be honest because it is true. So now I am going to do to you what I hate the most and tell you all about the amazing crafty adventure I have been on this weekend.
I was blessed to able to again attend Spark for the third year in a row. It is my refresh, restart, and reenergizing that I need creatively. It feeds and inspires me and helps me to be a better creative. It also helps me to be a better me. Sometimes we neglect to take care of ourselves busy working and taking care of others. This was my respite.
Now, I will share some photos throughout the week about all of the adventures I had, but I can say that I learned a lot about a lot of things – felting (not good at it), She Art (LOVE!), stamp making (jury is still out), and so much more.
Now, while you couldn’t be there for it, I will send you the links to all of the teachers so that you can check them out and maybe take a class from them if something inspires or speaks to you.
And, since I got to go and you were at home, I feel like the least I can do is send you a bit of Spark-y goodness…

PaperCoterie was awesome and provided us with these amazing journals and keepsake boxes. So, leave a comment about what you did that was creative or inspiring this weekend and I will draw a winner on Tuesday for some Sparky goodness!
