driftwood wreath diy

This project is a fun one…

I love driftwood – it is so organic and textural.  It makes me happy.  It also makes me think of the beach and when you live in Wisconsin and it is November, that seems like a good thought to have – sand, surf, and sun.

I decided to take some driftwood that I had here at home and create a wreath with it to bring in some feelings of nature, as well as a bit of texture to a space in need of some love.

Here’s what you will need to complete the project:

  • MDF wreath base
  • Decoart Chalky Finish Paints
  • Paint brush
  • Hot glue gun
  • Driftwood pieces
  • Sanding block (optional)

Now – here are the instructions…
